Alternatively you could take out a monthly support contract with Response Computing. Our support packages are tailored to meet the exact requirements of your business, and start at a minimum of four hours of technical support per month, through to full-time dedicated on-site engineers, or guaranteed response times.

We carry out a site visit prior to the start of a support contract, in order to discuss your exact computing needs, and to take an inventory of your IT equipment. We will then put together a support package to enable your IT to work at maximum efficiency for your business.

We can be on hand to help with problems that arise; we understand the urgency and importance of quick response times, and we offer telephone and remote support, as well as on site assistance.

We believe that a system or network that is well managed and maintained stays reliable for longer. We work hard to keep your system or network clean and virus-free by means of a regular service plan.

Hardware support and management can be difficult with different ages and makes of equipment. That’s why we evaluate all of your equipment, check which items are still covered under manufacturer’s warranties, and tailor a package accordingly - with allowance for depreciation in future years. We also offer discount on hardware support on equipment purchased directly from Response Computing..
