are your working hours? We have
engineers available from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week. This means
that we can provide computing support at a time that best suits you. We
do not charge any extra for evening and weekend calls.
Do
you charge a call-out fee? No!
We do not have any call-out fee.
What
area do you cover? For
‘per-call’ clients ie: home users and small
business customers, we are happy travel as far north as Newcastle and
as far south as Sheffield. We also have corporate contract
clients further afield.
Do
you buy second-hand computers?
No. We don’t buy or sell any used computers or components.
All our systems are custom-built by us, using brand new components from
reputable suppliers. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to
us, and using all new products enables our customers to benefit from
warranty on everything that we sell.
Do
you carry out most repairs on site?
Yes. Our objective is to get our clients up and working again as soon
as possible, and we are able to complete most work on site.
Occasionally we will need to take equipment back to our workshop in
order to effect repairs, but we will return it as soon as possible.
What
computing experience do you have?
Andrew Florence, the company owner, began working as an IT consultant
in 1994. He has passed many and various computing courses in the UK and
abroad. His training has taken him to America, Germany, Sweden and
Canada - not to mention Bracknell and Basingstoke!
