We charge in 30 minute increments, so if a job takes up to half an hour. If it takes between 30 and 60 minutes, you will be charged for an hour, and so on.

 We will advise you of the cost before beginning work.

We do not charge any call-out fee.

We are happy to provide a written quotation for any work or product.

We do not charge any extra fees for evening or weekend appointments.

We accept the following methods of payment:

cheque with a valid banker’s card, cash. We also accept Paypal for our online sales.

Payment is due on receipt of invoice.

Credit terms are available for regular clients by prior arrangement.

Response Computing is VAT registered, and all customers will receive a VAT receipt.
