We
pride ourselves on providing a high level of
technical support, as well as excellent customer
care. We would like you to read our terms and
conditions, as it is important to us that you are
happy with regard to our fees and the way our
company operates. If you have any questions, or

We
charge in 30-minute increments.
We
do not charge any additional labour charges; there
are no call-out fees, or out-of-hours charges for
evening or weekend work.
Charges for parts, software, new systems etc will be
quoted by our engineers, and quotes remain valid for
14 days. We are happy to provide a free written
quotation for any work or sales.
Payment is due on receipt, this means once work is
completed, and before our engineer leaves site.
Full payment in advance is required if any goods are
ordered.
Accepted payment methods are: cash, cheque with a
valid banker’s card.
A
VAT receipt will be issued from our office via
email.
